Sophisticated Renovation

We love a RENOVATION .....It's hard to believe that this home had at least 4 internal walls in the space prior to our transformation. Mandie has been working on this renovation with her repeat clients over the last few months. We are excited to announce that it is now finished for all to enjoy. Mandie helped guide her clients to transform the space into an 'open plan' haven, by removing all of the internal walls and adding hidden support beams. We have been able to make this space much bigger and the view from this upper level is magical.

Prior to the renovation you couldn't see the amazing ocean & river views from the front entry. We made a few windows wider to cater for the new kitchen location and expanding the view, we added a mirror splash back to the kitchen to also reflect this amazingly colourful view.

What a great space for entertaining family and friends in. Now it's one big open plan, kitchen, dining & lounge room. We also discovered timber floors whilst renovating this East Banora home. The tiles had been laid 34 years earlier over these amazing timber boards....Who would do this???

We also loved helping with all the furniture selections at the end of the renovation/build. Not often does this happen but Mandie enjoyed her shopping days with John & Gaye. We are sure you will all agree that this home including it's new furnishings has created a unique new modern sanctuary.

How amazingly fresh do the Globe West Oscar dining chairs and Rosie bar stools work in this open plan living room.

Over at the Blog we are excited to show you more of the before & after images.

Villa Heaven in Miami

We were recommended to this developer by the Real Estate Agent he had commissioned to sell his project as we had done Property Styling work for some of their previous clients.  The agent had used other styling companies in the past who he was not overly happy with so he was some what hesitant when we first met with him.  The brief was to fully furnish and style one of the three townhouses on the site to sell all 3 from.  The developer wanted the furniture and styling to complement the high end finishes used throughout the properties, with lots of white, grey, timber, and black with copper highlights it was important to follow this sophistication throughout the furnishing and homewares used.

Showing potential buyers how the smaller living spaces could best be utilised and how the outside living spaces could become part of the inside living was very important to the developer.  We achieved this by using furniture that was proportioned to suit each space and did not overwhelm and make the spaces feel smaller,  each piece was chosen so that the colours flowed seamlessly and reflected the high level of finishes throughout the property.

The developer was delighted with the end result and even said that what we put together by far exceeded his expectations.  He was rewarded with one of the homes selling before the project officially hit the market and a 2nd one selling in less than 3 weeks.
